One-on-One Career Coaching: This class is an in-depth experience where you get instruction, feedback and career coaching by email and telephone.  Each week, for 6 weeks, I’ll review your homework feedback, insight and direction on how to move forward as you apply the online class concepts. You’ll also receive 90 minutes of telephone coaching that you can use throughout the online class.

Materials: Each week, you’ll get a a lesson related to a portion of the workbook. Each weekly lesson contains reading assignments, guided exercises, worksheets, pages for reflection and homework. You'll also receive audio programs throughout the class. Each lesson builds on the previous and all are designed to move you toward clarity, focus and action. All you need is an email account with regular access, the ability to view and create Microsoft Word or pdf documents, a media player and a commitment to complete the online class.

Easy-to-follow Format: Since this is an individual class, you can work at times  that are convenient for you.  You can sign up any time to begin the class. Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions on how to get started.
