The Assistance League Thrift Shop will be open from 4 to 6 p.m.
before the Re-Invent Yourself meeting.
The event is open to women 45-plus. Light refreshments will be served. Cost for the evening is $5 for WomanSage members and $25 for non-members, payable at the door. Non-members who have paid the $25 entry fee may apply $20 of this fee towards the membership dues if they join at the event.
RSVPs are required. To make a reservation by close-of-business on the Monday prior to the event, contact info@womansage.org or call (949) 222-4210. Reservations are non-refundable and no-shows will be billed.
Re-Invent Yourself! offers career counseling for those seeking new positions and training in ways to start your own business, as well as networking and support. An outreach of WomanSage, the program will have a job board and other web-based features.
Directions to the Assistance League of Newport-Mesa: From the 55 Freeway South (going toward Newport Beach, take the Victoria/22nd Street off ramp and make an immediate right turn (sharp right turn) on to Fairview Road. The two-story building will be on your right at 2220 Fairview. Parking is free.
