The class will feature an interview with Gary Capone, owner of the executive recruiting firm Palladian International and author of Palladian’s career advice blog.

Job seekers are frustrated and overwhelmed. Many are looking for a job for the first time in years and it’s taking a lot longer than expected to find a job. People do what they know, so job seekers are spending hours scouring online job posting sites in the hopes that their next job opportunity will appear. It’s like looking for a needle in a haystack.

What can job seekers do to increase their chances of finding a decent job and standing out among the intense competition?

Gary W. Capone is Vice President and cofounder of Palladian International, LLC, a Virginia based executive recruiting firm. He is a graduate of the Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he concurrently earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business.
